I apologize for not having posted in awhile. In the time apart from this blog I have developed rather strong feelings for a certain fudge bar. I am now completely infatuated with Skinny Cow Fudge Bars. They are only 100 calories. Unfortunately, this gives me an urge to eat 3 in one sitting. In fact, the other weekend, I consumed the entire box in two days. So good!
