Why the Grass is Greener

I figured out why my neighbor's grass is much much much greener than ours; its all about the lime. During a crawfish boil at my other neighbors house, I questioned my green grass neigbor regarding his lawn. He is from Florida, and much like myself, had a different type of grass prior. Apparently, its all about altering the ph level of the grass - and lime can do this. His lawn has to be the greenest on the street....with no added watering.
